Spring Mill Group was formed by Brad Sinrod to identify, acquire and develop land in southeastern
and central Pennsylvania.  We seek to acquire raw ground with potential for 200 or more single
family homes, townhouses, apartments or condominiums.

We have been involved in projects in Centre, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Montgomery and
York counties.  Spring Mill Group, LLC and related companies have over 2,000 residential lots in
development.

Brad Sinrod
Mr. Sinrod has 15 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience in real estate, technology and
financial services.  He is the former co-founder and CEO of IPO.COM, an online financial services
company.  He is currently a real estate developer focusing on residential communities in
Pennsylvania.  He is a founder and partner of Great Oak Capital, Waterstone Properties, DGWP
Properties, DGBK Properties and other real estate ventures.

Brad is a graduate of Hamilton College and received an M.B.A. from Penn State, where he was
named the top student in a graduating class of 260 MBA students.
